Our Services
Tree Care Services Suited To Irmo's Growth
Irmo has changed a lot over the past decade, and the trees on these properties have grown right along with it. Established neighborhoods like Friarsgate sit under mature oak and pine canopies that need regular tree pruning and limb checks, while newer construction near Dutch Fork often comes with cleared lots that still have stumps and brush left behind.
As a tree service company serving this part of the Midlands, we see the full range: shaded older lots close to the Saluda River, open yards near St. Andrews Road, and commercial properties along the busier corridors of town. Whatever the setting, our crew treats residential tree services and larger commercial jobs with the same attention to safety and detail.
Families near Lake Murray also deal with a mix most tree service companies don't think about: waterfront limbs, dock access trees, and shoreline debris that piles up after a windy afternoon on the lake. We build our tree care services around what Irmo properties actually need, not a one size fits all approach.

Local Tree Conditions Irmo Property Owners Should Know
Irmo's mix of lakefront land, river bottom soil, and established neighborhood lots creates a few recurring tree care challenges. Here's what we see most often on service calls around town.
- Mature loblolly pines and water oaks common in older Irmo neighborhoods, prone to dropping heavy limbs in high wind
- Sandy, loose soil near Lake Murray and the Saluda River that weakens root systems over time
- Storm exposure from fast moving fronts that roll across the lake and hit Irmo properties directly
- Shoreline and dock areas that collect fallen branches and need regular waterfront cleanup
- Overgrown lots near newer Dutch Fork development left unmanaged after construction
- Drainage ditches and low lying yards where dead or damaged trees pose a bigger fall risk

Janelle Jenkins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend TipTop Tree Service enough! Joseph and Rachel were kind, responsible, and extremely honest. This is the second time I’ve used them, and once again their service was unbelievable. They came late in the day before a storm on the weekend to make sure the job was finished. Their workers were so nice . They treated me like I was the only customer they had, which meant so much. It’s hard to find companies with this level of care and professionalism anymore. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.
